  • Kids FREE 1k Run
  • Individual 5km Run/Walk: $30
  • Family 5km Run/Walk (see note below): $70
  • Corporate 5km Team: $250

Events and Start Times

  • 8:30am - 9:30am: Registration
  • 9:30am: Opening Remarks
  • 9:45am: 1km Kids Run
  • 10:00am: 5km Run/Walk

Medals

  • All finishers receive medals as they cross the finish line.
  • 5km Run/Walk - Medals will be presented onsite to the top 3 male and top 3 female finishers.

How to Register Online

  • 1. Click the Online Registration button to go to the secure registration page.
  • 2. Fill out your information on the registration form. Make sure to include your proper email address.
  • 3. Use your credit card to pay your registration fee. Transactions processed securely.
  • 4. You will receive a confirmation email outlining your application and payment details.
  • 5. Check the online confirmation list.
  • 6. If there are any questions about your online registration please click on contact us.

Race Rules

  • 1km - Participants must be able to complete the course in 15 minutes. The will allow organizers time to prepare for the upcoming events.
  • 5km - Official time limit for the 5km is 2 hours and 15 minutes.
  • This is not a timed event, however we will be recognizing the top 3 male and top 3 female finishers.

General Information

  • Water stations will be available at aid stations every 2km.
  • Porta Potties are located at Kivi Park main building.
  • Replenishments for runners will be available after race.

Age Requirements

  • We require a parent or guardian signature for runners under the age of 18 in all our events. If you register online ticking the "Yes" box to the waiver has satisfied us that a parent or guardian has approved the registrant's choice of distance.

Bib Number Requirements

  • All participants will receive a bib number at registration on race day 830-930am.
  • Please put any necessary medical and emergency contact information on the back of the bib number with a pen or waterproof marker.
  • Please do not alter the bib in any way.
  • The bib must be visible and worn on the front outside of all clothing during the entire race.
  • Bib numbers are non-transferable and must be worn by the registrant to whom it has been assigned.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Entry fees are non-refundable. Once we receive and accept your entry, you will not receive a refund if you cannot participate. You cannot transfer your entry to another person or to another year. Event executives may cancel any of the events for emergency purposes such as, but not limited to, inclement weather. If such emergency conditions force cancellation, refunds cannot be provided since funds will have been spent in preparation for Race Day.
